Welcome to va999 – Our Agreement With You

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and va999 governing your access to and use of the va999 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and support services offered on va999.vin. By registering an account, depositing funds, or simply browsing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause contained in this document.

va999 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account on va999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any single criterion may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending withdrawals, and voiding of any active bonuses.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged 20 or below are strictly prohibited from accessing va999.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, automated systems, and agents acting on behalf of another person without explicit consent are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at any subsequent verification stage requested by va999.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one active account on va999. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited. va999 uses automated and manual verification tools to detect duplicate registrations.

Password & Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your va999 username and password. va999 will never ask you to share your password by phone, email, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Account Verification (KYC)

va999 may require you to submit identity documents — such as a government-issued National ID card, passport, or driving licence — at any point during your membership, but especially before processing your first withdrawal. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

va999 supports instant deposits and withdrawals through popular Bangladeshi payment gateways. All monetary amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following sub-sections govern financial transactions on the platform.

Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit amounts and accepted payment methods (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) are displayed on the deposit page within your account. va999 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 hours during operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals may be delayed if your KYC verification is incomplete or if the transaction triggers our automated fraud detection system. va999 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before releasing large withdrawal amounts. Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against va999 through your payment provider without first contacting our support team is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a confirmed fraudulent chargeback, va999 reserves the right to suspend the account, recover the disputed amount from any remaining balance, and pursue legal remedies where applicable.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

va999 offers promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, IPL, BPL, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The following general rules apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Each promotion has a defined rollover requirement. Attempting to withdraw before the rollover is met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• va999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to request supporting documentation if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Only one active bonus may be applied to your account at a time.

Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting technical errors — will be treated as fraud and will result in immediate account closure without recourse.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or coordinating bets to exploit the platform's rules or bonus structure.
• Engaging in money laundering, using proceeds of criminal activity to fund your account, or attempting to use va999 to obscure the origin of funds.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of your membership.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be declared void.

va999 actively cooperates with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities in Bangladesh and elsewhere where required by law. Users found engaging in prohibited activities may be reported to the appropriate authorities in addition to having their accounts permanently closed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the va999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of va999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from va999 without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of va999 content may give rise to a claim for damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, va999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

In no event shall va999's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

va999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any dispute or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. va999 operates as a digital platform accessible to players in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
